I began making smoothies for breakfast a few weeks ago and as I master the recipes I am going to share them with you!
TIP Freeze your blueberries - this will make your smoothie nice and cold and also make them last longer!
Ingredients:
1. 1 Banana
2. 100g of Blueberries
3. 1/4 of an Avocado
4. A 2cm square of Ginger
5. 50ml of skimmed or almond milk
6. 50ml of water
(Add more of less liquid depending on your smoothie thickness preference)
7. Two table spoons of fat free Greek Yoghurt
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a long pot, jug or beaker and blend!!!!
I used a hand held blender as it is quick, easy and makes little mess.
I never add in too much liquid at the beginning as adding it afterwards means I can get the texture just right!
