I am a fitness and and food enthusiast - the type of person who has already read the whole menu before going to a new restaurant. This blog is a way for me to share my recipes and tips with you! For the most, the recipes you find on here will be healthy, but it's good to indulge every now and again right?
I graduated from Roehampton University in 2014 with a degree in Journalism. With rent, a love of dining out, a London gym membership to pay and a pretty busy social life, it can make affording a lot of ingredients a little tight, so a lot of these recipes are great if you're on a budget or simply looking for ways to use up what's left in the fridge (I am a huge fan of omelettes and frittatas at any time of the day!)
I also have pretty severe GERD (acid reflux) so a few of my dishes may lack what may seem like common ingredients, such as onions, peppers, fresh fruits and acidic foods. However, i'll be sure to let you know where they'd work well!
